“May God Strike Me Dead If I Ever Slept With That Ugly Man” Nicki Minaj Blasts Gucci Mane

Funny thing is both Nicki Minaj and Gucci Mane have once been very close friends but right now, the two rappers are at each other's throats; accusing and denying everything they themselves raised.

This fight may take a very long time to end if something isn't done fast. All began when Nicki Minaj said she was 'not interested' in dropping a verse for Gucci Mane's single produced by Pharell Williams.Tyga who was also called to feature in the song, also turned it down. Just maybe, Gucci didn't find all these denials funny and decided to rant on tweeter about his sexual prowess with the female rap star even before she became popular.

Ice Prince Responds To Rukus Diss Track; “I’ll Promote You For Charity”

Control-verses everywhere… Seems Kendrick Lamar's controversial verse is still trending here in Nigeria. Ice Prince took to Twitter to reply Rukus who dissed him some days back….
He deleted the tweet that says; @Rukuslive you can drop 10 songs ryt now and they still myt not blow. If i drop 10 tweets about you, you'll get an NEA nomination next year. Maybe he realized he dissed NEA Awards with that line as well and he had to delete it.
He also deleted this: @rukuslive you myt never get a chance with me in the studio, but note: You can never murder me on anythin! No be Just word, na God!
So instead of focusing on my new single today. I will promote @Rukuslive for Charity #TeamRukuslive —

Cant say if I'll recognize the rapper Rukus if I see him in real life and on TV but I've heard uncle El big him up so he's worth mentioning — panshak zamani (@Iceprincezamani) September 10, 2013

So if you've been sleeping under a mango tree for the past 12 hours, or maybe 4 days, Rukus dropped a freestyle dissing some of the rappers that he felt were lame, but were featured on a top 10 rapper list. Interestingly enough the freestyle is titled, The List. Anyways, Ice Prince, Naeto C, Vector and Sinzu were all given some serious jabs.

Jay-z is Bored Of His Marriage To Beyonce ~ Body Language Experts Claim

So Beyonce and Jayz are currently vacationing in Italy and she tweeted this photo.Analysts who saw the picture have claimed Jayz is bored with his marriage judging from the picture..

"Jay Z's body language is unmistakable in the paparazzi photos that have been taken of the couple. His slumped shoulders and the disinterest on his face are unmistakable: Jay Z is bored in his marriage to Beyonce.

The problem is the lack of Dopamine required to infuse some spice into their marriage. In the early days of a relationships, our brains ooze Dopamine which increases the passionate intensity that we feel for our partner. But those intense feelings don't last. And once the Dopamine is gone that's usually when the problems begin."

9ice Goes Back to School ''being a lawyer has always been my dream''

fter having one of the most successful albums of all time, 9nice has decided to go back and pursue his career as a lawyer. In this interview with Nigerian Tribune..he says its always been his dream.

You were said to have pulled out of your Law programme at the Lagos State University to face music. That decision paid off, but you seem not to be happy about it now?

I didn't pull out because of music; I left school because I was unable to pay my school fees. While I was on the street, I gave hundred percent of my life to music and it paid off eventually.
When I was in school, I was just doing music for fun until I left school. At that point, I decided that I was going to face music passionately and from that point, things changed.
Your decision to leave school wouldn't have gone down well with your parents, how did they react to it and what was constantly coming to your mind back then?

It was not an easy decision to make. There were days that I had to live in the studio. Talking about my parents' reaction, I had to lie for a while, pretended as if all was well. Before my parents knew I wasn't in school, it was too late to complain because I was already on TVs, making money and rocking shows all around.

Would you consider going back to school someday?

I'm in school already, studying public safety and Common Law at Capella university. It is an online programme. I can't think of any other course except law.

Would you trade your being famous for something else if you look at some of the bad side of fame that you have experienced over time?

Yes, I will love to trade fame with some silent life that does not arrogate too much attention to one, but it has got nothing to do with any bad experience. No matter what you do or who you are, there's always a difficult time and life challenges that you can't run away from. But I will really love to trade because I wish to be a lawyer. That has always been my dream.

Do you think life would have been different for you should you have been a lawyer?
Honestly, life as a normal person is fine and more wonderful, free, fair and peaceful. But as a public figure, you enjoy more and you pay more in terms of the price you pay for being famous. If I come to this world again, I would prefer normal life.

An Open Letter To Olamide ” Law Of Diminishing Return “

This Writer Nailed it with “ Baddo, have you heard of the point of equilibrium? That’s the point when the law of diminishing return sets in.” Share your thoughts
“I am a fan of yours and I have followed your growth from the days with ID Cabasa and the Coded Tunes crew, to your days under Toni Payne‘s management. Parting ways with her was quite risky but I felt it was a move worth making as you needed a fully dedicated management to grow your career. That move paid off and you’re now better off for it.
Pitching your tent with 1805 Entertainment, your immense talent and the void left by Dagrin‘s demise meant only one thing – A top spot for you! I am glad you fit in perfectly. A bolder move to start YBNL Nation and you going ahead to drop your second album on the YBNL Nation/1805 Entertainment imprint was another risky move that still paid off. At that point, I knew the ‘god of music’ was behind you.
Though it wasn’t so surprising to see the street embrace the album cos of it quality street wise content, the rate at which the ‘butties’ accepted you too was alarming. People preached the YBNL gospel and gladly talked about how good the album was. Even my cool friend Fola Alade became an advocate of ‘Razz being the new Cool’, no thanks to you. But while we where enjoying Jale, Street Love, Jesu O kola, Stupid Love, First of All, Ilefo Illuminati amongst other beautiful songs, dear Olamide, you unconsciously killed the album!
Yes, you unfortunately killed it by releasing too many materials not so long after the album dropped and you shifted our attention off the album. To make matters worse, some of these songs were not half as good as the songs on the album and they also were not wellpromoted, Confession, Tonto Dike, Baddest Nigga That ever liveth, e.t.c. Needless to say that some were also really good, cos some of us still have Turn Up and Durosoke topping our playlists.
Baddo, have you heard of the point of equilibrium? That’s the point when the law of diminishing return sets in. It happens to everything and everyone. In simple terms, it’s the point where you get to the peak, have nothing extra to offer and the drop starts. To some, the drop might not be deep while to some, they would never rise to that point again. Unfortunately, this happens a lot in the music industry. While we agree that you are HOT at this moment and the inspiration is much, brother, please do not wear yourself out. Ma le ara e ni ere.
Truth is when you saturate the market with too many materials, we get tired easily, we don’t pay full attention to them and the songs end up not getting as much love as they should. Keep recording, keep saving them in the cloud and don’t push too many songs within a short period. Let the fans yearn for more, let us savour the goodness of some of what you already have.
On a final note, I love the way your personality is gradually evolving ‘cos building a brand of yourself should be beyond your music. I foresee a near future where corporate brands that want to connect with the streets would come to you, simply because you are the link between the streets and the corporate world. A celebrated grass to grace story. The true voice of the streets.
